1 small cantaloupe
1 cup frozen pineapple
Juice of 1 big lime
1/2 C of 100% orange juice concentrate
4 Cups water
2 Cups ice
2 Tbls honey or 1 1/2 Tbls blue agave nectar
blend ingredients together- strain if desired. Serve cold
